Qigong – Vital body, healthy breathing, clear mind

Qigong is a time-honoured method of building and balancing life energy („Qi“). Through simple, flowing body movements, proper breathing and concentration Qi is brought to flow freely in the body. Deep relaxation, increased vitality and better resistance to illness are the benefits from practicing Qigong.

Qigong has also found its way into coprporate fitness and health programs: Work Life Balance, stress management and burnout prevention are among the main issues where Qigong can help.
